Chinese Spinners Investing in New U.S. Mills

According to a recent article in the Washington Post, new textile jobs are coming back to the American South, but on much different terms.

Textile manufacturers from China and India are investing in new U.S. spinning mills after finding it less expensive to produce goods in the South rather than in their own countries.
