FSA Issues Notice Regarding CCE Availability for Cotton

USDA’s Farm Service Agency has posted notice CN 1054, which includes a copy of a letter sent to cotton producers about availability of commodity certificate exchanges (CCE) and the required form to sign for 2015 crop loans and additional CCC-694-2 filing instructions and CCE registers.
