Minimum requirements:
- Own or plan to buy 25+ acres of permanent plantings or 100+ acres of agricultural row crop, timberland, or pasture
- Desired loan amount: $300,000+
- Loan value must be less than 70% of the property value
- Borrower must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien
