GVM?s Latest Applicator Is Tech Ready

GVM Inc. recently introduced its newest addition to its manufactured line of custom application equipment, the E350 Prowler, at the 2010 Midwest Ag Industries Expo in Bloomington, Illinois.

The E350 Prowler features an electronic monitoring system that displays machine diagnostics and gauges on a simple touch screen, and comes standard with AgriWave by GVM AgJunction. AgriWave is a brand new technology that allows the owner to: view the machine’s position, monitor engine and transmission data and flow control, and delivers the ability to wirelessly send prescription files and retrieve and process as-applied files with up-to-the-minute accuracy through the Internet using the website www.agriwave.com.

Each E350 Prowler will come standard with AgriWave built in and ready to use. AgriWave is designed to be an easy to use, completely web-based system for machine management aimed at increasing your productivity.

The E350 GVM’s strongest and most powerful machine. It features 32 inches of crop clearance, 11 ton dry and 1800 gallon liquid capacities, and 1120 lbs of torque to the ground with a Cummins QSL8.9 350-hp engine. The unit also features an all-new Air Ride cab with a larger windshield that provides the operator with full vision of the front tires, and a new Variable Coil Spring Suspension design to absorb more shock and ensure a comfortable ride.

During the two day, Midwest Ag Industries Expo, the E350 received a lot of attention from customers and vendors alike, earning the 2010 CropLife IRON magazine Show Stopper Award. Tom Ulrich, General Manager of Manufacturing and Engineering, accepted the award for GVM and thanked his fellow employees and all the loyal customers, whose input ultimately built the E350 Prowler.

GVM will begin production on the E350 Prowler in late September. For more information on GVM and the E350 Prowler, please visit www.gvminc.com.
