Plant Health Care Promotes Lewis

Plant Health Care, Inc. (PHC) has promoted Dr. Greg Lewis to Vice President-Corporate Development. In this position, Lewis' organization will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new technologies, product development and registrations, together with testing and licensing activities for PHC. Lewis was the key architect in PHC's strategic partnering agreements with Bayer CropScience AG and Monsanto Company.

"I was formerly involved in business development with a focus on out-licensing arrangements for existing PHC technologies," Lewis says. "Now, I'm also involved in the acquisition of new technologies and new products. I will work with domestic and international corporations as well as small companies and universities here and abroad.

"I have seen dramatic changes in PHC in the past two years," he continues. "The company has transitioned from simply marketing products and technologies to now, setting up major supply arrangements as well as licensing technologies to global leaders in the agricultural sector, including, for example, Bayer CropScience and Monsanto."
