USDA’s Farm Service Agency has posted notice [CN 1054](http://www.cotton.org/issues/2016/upload/16malcert.pdf), which includes a copy of a letter sent to cotton producers about availability of commodity certificate exchanges (CCE) and the required form to sign for 2015 crop loans and additional CCC-694-2 filing instructions and CCE registers.
