# Managing Bollworms in Dual Gene Bt Cotton

Extension specialists throughout the Southeast and Mid-South have been reporting extensive moth flights and heavier-than-normal bollworm activity in cotton fields in recent days. Depending on geography, bollworm populations are even threatening cotton containing dual gene *Bt* traits.
