Four states (AL, KS, MO, TN) are running ahead of their respective 5-year averages. Boll set is visible in 25% of the U.S. crop – up 8 points in the past week and a single point off the 5-year average. Five states (AL, AR, KS, TN, TX) are rated ahead of their respective averages. Crop condition is rated 45% good/excellent (down 3 points from last week), 27% fair (unchanged), and 28% poor/very poor (up 3 points).
