The vast majority of progress remains in Arizona (51%), California (85%), and the southern parts of Texas (19%). Louisiana jumped 11 percentage points in the past week, up to 14% planted, while Virginia climbed 10 percentage points to 12% planted. All other reported states range from 1% to 3% planted.
