ACSA International Cotton Institute Educates A New Generation Of Leaders

Students from around the world came to Memphis this summer to attend the 2007 ACSA International Cotton Institute at the University of Memphis. The program covered topics ranging from marketing, trading, production and technology, and included a variety of speakers and field trips to cornerstones of the United States and international cotton industries. During the two month program, students visited several organizations, including Cotton Incorporated, Staplcotn and Delta and Pine Land Company. At the welcoming reception and graduation, local merchants met and mingled with students at the University of Memphis campus.
