The International Cotton Advisory Committee has accepted an invitation from James Miller, Under Secretary for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services at USDA, to host the 69th Plenary Meeting of the ICAC in Lubbock, Texas from September 19-24, 2010.
A theme for the annual meeting and the major topics for discussion will be chosen in January and February, and the agenda will be developed in the months after that.
