John Dunavant Elected ACSA President

At ACSA’s 85th Annual Convention in Chicago last week, John D. Dunavant of Memphis, TN, was elected ACSA President, Jordan Lea of Greenville, SC, was elected First Vice President, and Philip Bogel, of Dallas, TX, was elected as Second Vice President.

This marks the third time that brothers have served as ACSA President. Dunavant’s brother William B., III served as ACSA President in 2002/03. The other pair of brothers were A. E. (1937/38) and Charles (1954/55) Hohenberg, and Adolph (1963/65) and Robert (1958/59) and Robert .

It is the first time that a former ACSA President, William B. Dunavant, Jr. (1978/79), has had two sons succeed him as ACSA President.
