The first-ever World Textile Summit (WTS), held on Sept. 21 in Barcelona, Spain, brought together the top minds in the textile industry, as well as some of the world’s most influential thinkers and policymakers in strategically important fields such as economics, trade, technology and sustainability. The WTS is a joint initiative between CEMATEX, the owner of the International Textile Machinery Association, and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation, in partnership with the World Textile Information Network and MP International.
