April’s USDA World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates move projected U.S. cotton exports up and domestic ending stocks down, as world ending stocks for the month are also reduced.
USDA’s Prospective Plantings Report for 2018, issued on March 29, estimates the planted area for U.S. cotton at 13.5 million acres – a 7% increase over 2017.
