Head of China’s Cotton Reserve to Speak in New York

For the first time ever, Mr. Yao Mingye, president of the China National Cotton Reserves Corp., will speak publicly about the policy and decision-making process of the largest purchaser in the world: the Chinese cotton reserve. At a one-day conference to be held in New York City on July 15, Yao will deliver a 30-minute presentation entitled, “Thoughts of the Implementation of Macro Regulatory Policy for Cotton and CNCRC’s Development Strategy.”
The conference is organized by CNCRC and the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) and will be held at the New York Marriott Downtown. The event is being supported by the China National Cotton Information Center and co-organized/sponsored by Bayer CropScience.
