ICA Opens Registration for “Complete Cotton” Training Program

The International Cotton Association (ICA) Ltd. has announced that registration is now open for its 2010 “Complete Cotton” training program. The program will be held April 19-30 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

According to the ICA, this intensive two-week program focuses on all aspects of the raw cotton trade (including arbitration, contract law, risk management and control) and provides a unique development opportunity for individuals from the cotton community and those new to the industry.

The program is aimed at individuals of all ages from within the cotton community, including cotton producers, ginners, exporters, merchants, agents, importers, spinners and other allied trades. Places are limited and early booking is recommended.

The cost of the program for ICA members or employees of firms registered with the ICA is £3,050 (+ VAT). For non-members, the cost is £3,450 (+ VAT). This price includes the cost of accommodation at the Holiday Inn Hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis, from Sunday, April 18, 2010, up to and including Friday, April 30, 2010; lunch and refreshments on working days; the cost of visits and transport between events during the training program. For ICA members based in Liverpool, who do not require accommodation, the cost is £2,150 (+ VAT).
