Cotton Grower Magazine Wants Your Input for Our 2020 Acreage Survey

Every January, Cotton Grower Magazine publishes its annual cotton acreage survey, using input from cotton growers, Extension specialists and others in the U.S. cotton industry. And we’re looking for your input for 2020.

The Cotton Grower survey is among the first acreage estimates released each year, and – thanks to good input – we have a history of accuracy. For example, our 2019 forecast was 13.62 million acres. Six months later, USDA’s official planted acreage number was 13.7 million.

This survey is a great opportunity to share your thoughts on how many cotton acres you believe will be planted in your state in 2020. If you are a U.S. cotton grower or cotton industry stakeholder, we want to hear from you. Please follow this link to take the brief survey.
