AMVAC Names Cotton Industry Advancement Scholarship Winners for 2022

AMVAC  has announced their fourth annual Cotton Industry Advancement Scholarship winners. Seven students were selected from applications received across the country. Each scholarship recipient was awarded $2,000.

  • Joshua Lee, Perry, GA. Graduate student attending the University of Georgia studying crop and soil sciences. Nominated by Jay Holder.
  • Michael Bahr, Albert, KS. Sophomore attending Kansas State University majoring in agronomy. Nominated by Blake Micek.
  • Nyssa Gunthorp, Stuart, FL. Senior attending the University of Florida majoring in agricultural operations management. Nominated by Kevin Cotton.
  • Seth Permenter, Bells, TN. Graduate student attending Mississippi State University studying entomology. Nominated by Bill Brooks.
