Last Call for Input: Cotton Grower Magazine’s 2021 Acreage Survey

Every January, Cotton Grower® Magazine publishes its annual cotton acreage survey, using input from cotton growers, Extension specialists and others in the U.S. cotton industry. As our boots on the ground readers, we’re looking for your input for 2021.

Please follow this link to take the brief survey.

The Cotton Grower survey is among the first acreage estimates released each year, and – thanks to good input – we have a pretty decent history of accuracy. For example, our 2020 forecast was 12.1 million acres. Six months later, after planting, USDA’s official planted acreage number was 12.2 million.

This survey is a great opportunity to share your thoughts on how many cotton acres you believe will be planted in your state in 2021. If you are a U.S. cotton grower or cotton industry stakeholder, we want to hear from you by December 2. Please follow this link to take the brief survey. And thanks in advance for your help.
