Producer Input Needed for Cotton Inc. Natural Resource Survey

U.S. cotton producers are asked to complete Cotton Incorporated’s Natural Resource Survey by July 31 to help guide the organization’s future research priorities and document U.S. cotton production improvements.

Cotton Incorporated is conducting a Natural Resource Survey with all U.S. cotton producers to secure information to help guide the organization’s future research priorities and document U.S. cotton production improvements.

The online survey should take 25 to 35 minutes to complete, and participants who complete the survey before July 31 will be mailed a free 30 oz YETI Rambler cup featuring the Seal of Cotton trademark.

“It’s all about telling our story and shaping the future of cotton research,” says Dr. Jesse Daystar, Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Cotton Incorporated. “This feedback will help guide Cotton Incorporated research directives over the coming years. The environmental data will be used in aggregate to show the progress cotton growers have made at becoming more efficient and sustainable over the years.”

Only aggregated data from this survey will be used. No individual grower data will be shared.

A similar version of this survey was administered in 2008 and 2014. Having a representative, up-to-date dataset of U.S. cotton production is critical to help tell U.S. cotton’s sustainability story and document continuous improvement in the industry.

To take the survey, cotton producers can visit CottonInc.com/AgSurvey or scan the QR code pictured below.
